Think I’ll stick with my super LB skin. This thing is just a bit too much for me and the RP look I’m going with.

Honestly, I thought the new bow was very generic looking. Like taking a pact weapon and sticking a skull on it. Eirs bow wasnt’ much better. If there was a weapon that could have gotten the legendary weapon treatment it would have been the lightning storm bow.
I’m glad some ppl like it, its just not to my tastes.

Everyone has their favorite skins. I still think the Fiery Dragon Sword (available for free to many GW1 owners) is legendary in design (it’s just missing footfalls and profession-specific combat animation). I like several BL skin shields better than either legendary. However, plenty of others love Flameseeker Prophecies and Bolt and Fishbowl Shooshadoo.

I can agree with this. That would have been my second pick and to be honest I have a suspicion that the lightning bow actually was a design for gen 2 legendary longbow, then when they “indefinitely suspended” the legendary weapons, they just decided to release it as a gem store weapon. I have no actual proof of this, just a feeling.

On a side note, does anyone feel like the skull on the bow resembles Rodgort?
It’s a very nice bow, but not really legendary material IMO.
My favourite non-legendary legendary is the Timekeeper Greatsword. Just imagine that with particle effects, some glow and footfalls, yummy.
