Hey everyone…

Are there any Staffs which you know of which suit Guardian quite well? I see a lot of very nice Necro Staffs but I don’t really want a deathly Staff on my holy Guardian

I used the cultural norn staff for my guardian. I play a norn, so it worked a bit better, perhaps. You are right, there’s not a lot of good guardian staves.

My guardian uses the Fused Staff skin from the Flame & Frost living story segment.

It would help if you post a picture of your Guardian. You see, the concept ‘guardian’ doesn’t really help if what we suggest clashes completely with your looks.

That said, a couple suggestions are:
Aureate staff
Ebon Vanguard staff
Ghastly staff
Zodiac staff
Bifrost

there is also the arah staff, looks really nice with a guardian.

Deathwish. Well my Charr has that hair with skulls, so fits. Little Asura sized skulls, and now big Norn skulls. Now just need some medium human skulls, and I guess then some heads of cabbage… /me shrugs

The Super Staff Skin matches the light blue and glowy scheme of the guardian.

Good luck, ANet has an aversion to decent looking staves.

IMO if you go with traditional looking Guardian gear and colors as I did for a long time and of these staves look good. Except for the last one, I have used all these skins with my Guard:
Corrupted Branch
Seraph Staff
Monsoon
Aureat Staff
Ebon Vanguard Staff

When I got my molten bracers I went non traditional with my guardian armor and now use Emberspire.

I can see the Toy Staff looking good with certain armors for the guardian too.

Bone Staff. All you need.

The auto attack of guardian staff looks too silly for me to use

I used vanguard when leveling on my guard, but really I think you need dark armor to make ebon hawk stuff look good. Like my Norn warrior is in Armageddon abyss/yellow detail(of some type I forget) and the transmuted ebon GS and hammer matches that well.

Well… It isn’t actually Emberspire, it is Emberspire’s skin. It just goes with the molten look. The actual molten staff skin is too freaking expensive. My whole armor is black with yellow/orange/red accents. I have a molten great sword that I use. Although my guard has the Emberspire skin, I rarely use it. I am pretty much a great sword or hammer and Scepter/Torch. I just have the Emberspire staff skin to go with the rest of the look.

I do have a set of PVT armor that I use on occasion when it is critical that I stay alive that is dark blue and black. I use the pact staff for that one along with Cobalt and the skins of Coldsnap and a Pearl Torch. You are right that the Pact Staff looks great, but the OP wants a staff that doesn’t have skulls and creepy stuff on it as the pact staff does. That is why I suggested the others.

I think this staff skin is my favourite.

If you stay with the concept of blues being the primary color for a guardian, along with the association of healing (even though they aren’t really clerics), Monsoon isn’t a bad staff. If I ever develop my Guardian character to a high enough level, I will likely equip him with that one. Great looking staff.
