Guild Wars 2

So i really only play with a few IRL buddies of mine. We have been playing about a month and really havent gotten super far in the game at all. Me being the highest level @ 20. But on my current server i feel theres really not enough people on to play with or join our guild to help progess and level up and gain buffs / influence. Any ideas? I’m currently on Ferguson’s Crossing.

I play on a server that as of right now says full. There still isn’t anybody in the zones below level 60.

I would chose a server that is full.

Population will drop and you don’t want to end up on a server that is always in last place.

Yea i’ve been feeling like all the zones i visit and quest in have no one there. I guess it makes sense since people have already found their “main” and are at 80 or on their way. Just haven’t found that “home” server yet.

Pick the one with the coolest sounding name. That’s about all the difference it makes.

People are aglow over Tarnished Coast, but that’s probably the only server in the entire lot that has any sort of distinctive community or personality, and even that is marginal.

As for WvW, what’s the point if you’re just going to join the biggest zerg? If your server has no coordination, take charge of it yourself. Even if you have to start with five people and get pounded into the dirt. You pick up two regulars a week and by the end of the year you’ll have a couple dozen people.

Call that unrealistic if you want, but if you make the effort, people will eventually get behind you.

I did that and there’s still not a soul in sight in most places.
I wonder the best PvE world to go to as well.

Oh well. Looks like i will checking them all when i log on next i suppose. Thanks for the responses.
