I have just done solo exp. path in ac (legit way) put up lfg and then someone just came in and kicked me. Is there any way to report them ?

Yes, you can report them, you should have seen their name in yellow in your chat window.

However, this will do absolutely no good as ANet doesn’t actually punish these people and they can more or less freely steal your dungeon, it seems at worst they get a little vacation from the game and then are right back to it.

How did one person kick you? Takes another person to second the kick. And well you can report them for scamming maybe or something.

Game Messages, perhaps? I thought it was included as part of Party Chat though.

This. There’s someone known to all in the dungeon forum who’s been doing this for years and is still around. I think it’s best to accept that sometimes in this game progress will be reset.

But seriously why havent people stoped selling dungeon paths already when they know this is happening.

Newcomers to a dungeon party shouldn’t be able to initiate a vote to kick until x minutes have passed

They feel the reward outweighs the risk or are unaware of the risk as was the apparent case here.
