No problems here bud. You’re posting in the wrong forums.
I looked back at your posts, you can pretty much give up on mounts, just an FYI.
Graphics:
Transparent walls – turn off ambient occlusion in the graphic control panel (until nVidia gets it right)
Defeated – working as intended
…and that was it for your graphics related posts, the rest were mounts, world completion, Charr shields clipping (it’s not just those things BTW) and some audio stuff.
Honestly, the transparent wall thing – a quick search of the interwebs and you would have found your fix. Are there other problems you are having that you never mentioned?
Oh and if you do reply, add system specs.
What crashing? I don’t think I’ve crashed once yet.
re: support – try the support portal (hxxps://en.support.guildwars2.com/) instead of community forums.
:edit:
The forum refuses to display the URL for ANet’s own support portal? lol…
Access it via “Services” at the top of the website.
in the list of developers I have the least faith & trust in.
Congratulations ArenaNet!

Most of the times I have seen “random crashes” have been GW crashing itself because there is not enough memory available. Most evident on 32bit systems. If that’s the case you can either upgrade to 64bit and get some more RAM, or run GW on lower settings without any other apps or web browser open and set your desktop background to none. There are other things you could do with virtual memory on the Windows side, but im not familiar enough with them to explain the process.
