So people have been playing WvW for quite a while now, and I know that everyone who have ever played in an organised group larged 5 people, have come across these thoughts atleast once:

1. GIVE US A SIMPLE 40 MAN RAID UI. The only functions we need are the ability to have atleast 40 ppl at a time in a single raid. With these 40 slots divided into groups as usual. Nothing changed buff-priority wise, except it is much easier to organise raids and keep track of all members. You will no longer need to spend 5min gathering in a circle and divide into new groups every time someone logs out. The leader needs to able to drag and drop people in and out of groups, kick people/offliners on command.

2. GIVE US SHARED ENEMY-TAGGING WITHIN THE RAID. Have you ever felt that you are forced to grab staff as a guardian, because it tags enemies 5 times as good as hammer and therefore gives 5 times more loot? If the answer is yes, then why should we have such a game design that encourages the choice of weapons to be based upon the tagging ability, rather than that we actually want to use that weapon to increase or contribution to the groups performance? My suggestion is that when you are part of this suggested raid, you will get LOOTBAGS FROM EVERY ENEMY THAT ANY MEMBER OF THE RAID HAS TAGGED. The purpose of this should be to encourage raid-members to focus on killing the enemy/supporting your allies, rather than have individuals focusing just on tagging for loot. WHY SHOULD THE MESMER GET 1 LOOT BAG WHEN HE DOES THE PERFECT PORTAL? He did more for that 30man wipe than the guardian using staff 1. Everyone in your guildraid should get the same amount of loot. The state of the game right now, is that the one tagging the most gets the most loot. If you get people afking to leech loot in your raid, simply kick them. Simple as that.
