Was having a discussion about the regalias with people in Lions Arch, most of them are more or less saying that Grenth won’t have a regalia because of the Grenth mask already being available. What do you guys think???

Also anet if you read this don’t skip Grenth he is my favourite gw2 god, make his design even more epic than balthazer’s regalia….. I want my Heart of thorns twilight swinging necro to look kitten……

PS I loved the new Dwayna regalia works with bifrost, balthazer’s is the best atm Please no outfit bashing, I am an avid collector of both outfits and armor skins

I mean I’d say for those who have the mask give them the outfit for free, refund them, or make it different, glowing eyes or something?

I see a few possible options (assuming that the god/goddess outfits continue):

-A Grenth outfit (using the same headpiece model as current) will be made. Considering outfits and armour skins will almost certainly remain separate and non-interchangeable, it shouldn’t really be a problem that there is an armour asset used in an outfit.

-The hood part of the outfit will be slightly different. I don’t think it will be an exact copy from the currently available headpiece. I think that the textures/model will be refined to the current quality expected of new outfits/armour, but will still look almost exactly the same as it should do (from GW1 artwork).

A-net wouldn’t leave out Grenth because the outfit is already widely anticipated. They will get a lot of sales of the outfit = money. If they designed the Grenth outfit’s headpiece to look different to how it should look (just because we have a helm skin already) more people would be upset than if the opposite was true.

I just wish Lyssa would be next then Melendru.
