Was really hoping it would return to the gem shop for Halloween this year. Very surprised and sad that it did not.

It’s a Wintersday skin, not Halloween.
I’m planning on using this hood and a gear set I’m putting together as an alternate set of gear for my Necro. As Farzo said, it originally came out during Winterfest. It has come out again during WInterfest as well. If it does come back again, I would assume it would be during WInterfest (if at all). I hope that it does, I’m going to nab one this time.
