I wanted to give the Devs some feeback on this jumping puzzle as I’ve just spent the last 6 hours trying to complete it. I was unsuccessful unfortunately and the problem seemed to be that the griffins would hit either me before I landed on the platform i was jumping to or hit me mid jump.

There are trick paths you need to use, if you ru the obvious path youll never make it…

When I completed it (must be more than 6 months ago) it was bugged so even though I got the achievement the chest never triggered at the end (now that was bad, but what was even more bad was that I thought it was a glitch and completed it a second time with the same outcome…)

I actually really liked that JP, its very hard and arguably the hardest in the game imo but it was very satisfying when it was completed. Wouldnt mind more of this content that one doesnt just simply finish in 30 min and never do again.

This is one of the few puzzles with a selectable easy/hard version. It sounds like you choose to do the hard version. Doing the hard version only gives you slightly more loot from the end chest and nothing more. I am not sure why you would be complaining the hard version is hard.

How am i supposed to know the difference between the hard and easy version?? I looked the puzzle up on youtube after trying it a couple of times but still was unable to get the bomb to the chest. I presume this is the easy way.

the easy way is to have a friend with you to kill off the griffons in your path

The easy way is to forget the bomb and run the puzzle without it. You still get a chest and the achievement. Only thing you will be missing is a couple blues/greens and a sense of pride (albeit without nothing to show for it).

Ah ok, well I got the achievement for the puzzle and the chest on the way although I assumed there would be an extra achievement for getting the bomb to the locked chest. Still a bit frustrated about it though but thanks for the info guys.

Always clear all enemies in range of a jump before attempting it.

I like this jumping puzzle as it is.

It takes timing to get it right. Took me a while to get it also.

As I have just come back to GW2 after 6 months break, this wasn’t really what I was looking for in terms of enjoyment. I’m going to take another 6 months break now and take my cash with me, I hope when i come back to try things out again the game still isn’t impossible to play.

Veiled threats like this will garner you no sympathy.

You picked one of the harder JP’s in the game, what do you expect?

Well I haven’t seen someone threaten to quit because of this JP, so kudos for being original!
