Guild Wars 2

Any idea when guesting is in? It was planned for launch wasn’t it? I’d like to switch between the two RP servers from time to time (Piken Square and Tarnish Coast) but don’t want to wait 24 hours to switch back.

Will it be available for next patch of end october?

Also when its in can i go to any server or do i have to have a friend there or even an invite?

I’m wondering this too, not all my friends are on the same server and with the 24 hour timer I can only play with some of them.

Guesting needs to be implemented on live already. I have multiple friends across various servers that I cannot play with when I want to because of the 1-day lockout on transfers. That, and my guild doesn’t tolerate xfers to the opposing wvw servers during the week, so that makes my particular situation even more painful.
