What is safe to deposit in there? Are soulbound/accountbound allowed? Don’t items dissapear after a while?

Is it safe like your regular bank?

Soulbound/account bound items are not allowed to the best of my knowledge. And as far as what’s safe in there, it depends on the settings of the guild. Who can and can’t deposit/withdraw from the guild bank based on guild rank.

Items don’t disappear after awhile. You can’t deposit soul/account bound items. I would not recommend putting valuables in there since if anyone who has access to the bank gets hacked, it doesn’t get restored with the account restoration. So put stuff like cooking ingredients or excess cheap mats in it?
