I wanted to paticipate in the current Guild Emblem Contest, but I can’t upload my submission. The script provided via the blogpost reports that the file size of the zipped *.psd is too large (48 mb). Am I doing something wrong?

Save for web and compress the file size. Save as a png or jpeg :s

Why does A-net recommend to “Submit a PSD file using the provided template” if you can’t submit it and end up submitting the 3-4 images from Option 2?

I’m sitting here wondering the same thing… Is there someone to contact to ask about this or should we just submit a bunch of pngs?

Same here, the “recommended” .PSD file is 62.1 MB, Compressed in .zip file it’s still 45.7 MB. Guess it’s time to extract the layers to jpeg then.
