Have you guys thought of putting an option in the scribing station that allows you to view the item that you are making, for instance when you are looking at a piece of armor you can preview it on your character, in scribing you should be able to do the same but not on your character, just showing what the item looks like, some of the icons are so vague you cannot make them out, so the preview would be a good idea, perhaps you can have your character stand next to it then it would give scale as well.

I like this idea, but judging by past content, I think it would take too much development time to make it worthwhile.

I don’t think it would be such a difficult thing to implement, actually. As it stands, you can already “preview” items you currently have in your guild’s decorations ‘inventory.’ Just select the item you want to place and move your cursor out from the decorations list and boom, the decoration in its full glory will follow your cursor around until you place it somewhere.

I think the simplest method of implementation would be to allow players to select items that they haven’t crafted yet and still show the “preview” as above, except you won’t be able to actually place it.

This would give players the ability to see all possible decorations within the game, in their own guild hall, before actually crafting them.
