Guild Wars 2

Hello everyone,

since I was a fellow GW1 player and now playing GW2, I was wondering if they mentioned something about integrating guild halls at one point in time, since it was one of my favorite spot to hang in GW1!

And no Guild hall does not immediately mean GvG, just a spot where guild members could hang out and components such as merchants, weaponsmith, armorsmith and so on could be purchased by the leader.

Guild Halls is on the drawing board for gw2, but it will be at least a year before it hits the developers, and possibly another year after that before its real, but it will come.

My guild has a guild hall. We meet there a couple of times a week before our guild missions, put down banners and whatever else we want to do.

I’ll be happy when/if Anet puts them into the game, but I see no reason to wait around for that to happen.

Guild halls would be great place to hang out at with guildies. As well as cut down on lag once LA is back up and running.

Guild Halls will never happen because then it would be to close to how GW1 was.
