Guild Missions
Bountys! they interest me, i wonder if players can set bountys on people in wvwvw that would be fun

I know right. I really think this could turn out well if they implement the right types of missions. I would think a mission having several steps to it would be fun. Like the main objective being “Take out this Bandit Leader” except we have to assassinate a few small leaders before hand, maybe gather info from them like finding out his location, and then once we find his location we have to fight our way through the camp to get to him.
yeh, i think they should most definatley make the clues hard and make you have to figure it out, as they are guild missions you ave a much larger pool of resources from which to work with.
wether the resources be brains or brawn.

I think guild missions could be a very good way to get players back into the world, and some of the unexplored zones. Im curious about the rewards though.
It should be more than killing a champion…it takes less than 3 minutes to take even the best ones down with a group of 5, let alone a guild.
I’m anxious to know what they have in store. I love bounty and daily content.

Ye I agree, just a champion would be boring, especially with 4 other guildies. Head hunter type material sounds cool. Or even investigation type stuff. Murder Myster o.O like the dead merchant in wayfarer who I suspect is connected with the living story. I dno, there are a lot of directions they could take with this.
I hope they add some tools so we can actually coordinate multiple groups better…. the Commander and squad system sucks for PvE events.
It just wasn’t designed for that.

Fixed that for you.
I love the idea of guild events, but I hope they can be scaled for small guilds, too. We often have six or seven players that want to do a dungeon together. It’s frustrating, because someone always feels left out.
I really hope to see epic battles against hordes of monsters. But well, considering last updates, we will end up doing Daily Dodge & Healer in guild group…
i hope its instanced.
otherwise its gonna quickly turn into zerg mess like the sad dragon events.
It should be an instanced boss fight.
eg. Fighting the shatterer with only guildies.
Im more curious what the rewards are since I already have 300k influence I don’t know what the merits will be traded for?
These missions, designed for coordinated group play, include everything from bounties to group puzzles to cross-country challenges.
I can imagine them disabling Waypoints for these challenges, and then guild members having to go to the far corners of the maps to collect items within a certain time limit. This is also possibly far from the truth, but would be pretty cool IMO.
Also, I hope the puzzles are puzzles, and they don’t point to where you have to go.
