Hey Anet,

What is happening with this? We have a guild that is on two servers and would love to have everything previously unlocked available. It seems silly not to have this available given the introduction of megaservers.

Did I misunderstand that this was in the works when the feature pack was released?

The news post about this simply says ‘someday’ in regards to unifying the guilds. I believe it was said somewhere that they want to do this by the end of the year. (Think it’s the same post, don’t recall or care at this point). Its only June. Its not precisely a small task, especially considering some of the larger guilds having purchased all their upgrades across multiple servers. They have to work all those kinks out. Give them time.

Don’t look at me like that. Whatever you’ve heard, it’s probably not true.

Tl;dr: We’re working on it.

A user in another thread has said December 2014, but didn’t link their source for it. This was the most recent info I could find on it.

The source is the same as your link.

The changes covered in this blog will not be included in the April 15 release and will likely come online by December 2014. This information is purely to help you understand where we’re going once the system is fully online.

Ahh I skipped that paragraph, cheers. I just read the bit that specified guilds, my bad.

So December is an estimated timeframe – not a guaranteed one.
