Hello everyone, I was wondering if some of you may be able to help with some problems I have been encountering and possibly some solutions? With recent megaserver change, we have been recruiting more players from various worlds into the guild but they seem to be unable to access the guild bank or get any rewards for participating in guild missions…

The Guild Vault and all other Guild perks are still tied to the home server where the Guild was originated. Unless you build another chapter on their home server, they won’t get the Guild perks unless they guest onto your server.

They won’t get the Guild Vault perks unless they transfer to your server. Same for upgrades. I believe guesting only helps in the case of Guild Missions.

I hope they change this and soon. There really is no reason why it couldn’t be merged together especially now with the mega-server. It would also fully eliminate guesting all together.

The megaserver announcement included a statement that changes to guild banks etc. were coming later this year.

I just hoping for soon. I run my own guild, and was once a member of a few others guilds of 70+ people or more, and they all need help really. Not saying its all because of the separate chapters thing, but it certainly would help having a unified guild and not have to worry about getting people of the same world to join just to give them benefits.

Yes, it would be nice once Guilds are consolidated. The issues are, though, what to do with Guilds with several Guild Vaults on different Worlds, several pools of Influence and Upgrades, etc.

I’m sure they are brainstorming and trying to determine what would be most equitable for all concerned.

Well they should do it like they did the world experince and such, and the dyes. When they merge the guild chapters they keep the chapter with the most upgrades or merge the upgrades if there’s different upgrades per chapter. Any upgrades that are the same on all chapters gets refunded as influence, all influence just gets combined. As for the items in the separate guild vaults, they could at a temporary panel where items have to be moved out of and put into the newly merged bank (some peoples banks could be full so temporary panel to store all bank items could work possibly.) Alternatively they could give people a warning to remove all items from all chapters of the guild before the merge. One more thing they could do is keep the separate vaults for each chapter but honestly I would rather have a merged one and it would contradict the unification.
