Greetings, I am a casual player who’s been lurking around for a while and this is probably my first post. I am seeking an official answer, and I hope the devs/PRs actually post here.
I reside in Japan and I’ve always wanted to play with my partner, who’s Taiwanese but doesn’t speak English. GW2 doesn’t provide either a Japanese or Chinese interface, which makes it impossible for her to play. The game has enough content to overwhelm even me, so explaining every single thing is out of question.
Alas, I heard that GW2 has been/will be launched in China this month and I was wondering when and if the Chinese translation will be integrated into the international game client. It would be greatly advantageous for all the native Chinese speakers out there, and those of us who ended up sharing their daily life with a “linguistically challenged” partner ^^"
I eagerly await a (hopefully) positive response. The purchase of another copy of GW2 depends on it
