Guild Wars 2 must change some things .
For your suggestion number 1 yes i agree, down from that though you are being to general and we already get what you suggest in pve and again rng in what? Be more clear.

Yeah , I’ll update the article when I find more ideas
I see advertisements on multiple sites every day. Of course, it’s always possible that those sites tailor their advertising to the viewing history, but it does tell me that the game has ads in many news and entertainment sites online.
ANet may give it to you.

I can help with that (i think). I use the laptop of a friend for various things some times when i get to be in his place. I’v never seen a single gw2 add, while on my computer i see the freaking lvl 80 boost add on the big majority of sites i visit so yeah.
First of all, there is zero point doing any sort of heavy advertising between expansions. There are ads up on sites like MMORPG.com and Facebook. It’s not like no advertising is happening, but advertising is expensive. Until an expansion comes out there’s very little reason to put money into it. You’ll never get the return on it. Keep in mind this is a four year old game. Most people interested in it would have gotten it already.
There are new zones with new bosses every 2-3 months. I don’t think that’s an issue for the game at this point.
I have no comment about PvP but I know for a fact WvW players are angry every time you add PvE stuff like bosses to their game mode.
1) Not enough advertising … i havent ever seen an ad for GW2 , do u think that without advertising we can invite more people ? The answer to this is NO .. ANet should start advertising more this game , for example they can create more ads , they can tell youtubers to advertise they game (for example MmoBomb ) or they can advertisw their game on Steam (I dont know if thats easy )
Advertising works both ways, if you over advertise people might get bored or turned off. The best advertising for digital products usually is word of mouth meaning providing a good product should come first. That being said, I’m sure there will be some increased advertising once expansion 2 draws near.
2) In PvE , They can add more bosses , and new places , just to make people to explore with plessure .. Also they can , lets say , “rework” the RNG and the Loot Table
Every single Living World episode in season 3 has been adding a new map at a rate of aproximately every 2-3 months. The thing about “boss” battles is, if they are to easy they get boring, if to hard people start complaining (see HoT meta events).
Not sure what you mean with reworking the rng, it’s working fine as is.
3)In PvP , as u can see MMORPGs are not that competitive , so for GW2 to be , they should improve their maps , Rank System , and more in order to make it unique
Arenanet tried focusing on pvp pre LW season 3. It didn’t mesh well with the majority of the playersbase. My guess/hope is they will add more maps and game modes with expansion 2, but I wouldn’t be getting my hopes up as a pvp player.
4) In WvW , they should add something like Bosses , more maps , more features , more loot maybe …
Bosses, no. More maps, yes but designed for wvw and group/zerg engagement optimisation, not those HoT fiascos. More features, sure. WvW could use more of everything, question is, will it get it?
Excelsior.
First of all I don’t think GW2 is “worse” now. Things have changed. Not only the game has changed, also the market around it – und thus the players. I am fairly new (about 2 years now) and I am having a blast, so while you might be dissatisfied, others are now attracted and vice-versa.
About advertisements, since switching to Kaspersky 3 years ago I barely see any advertising banners. Before I remember seeing GW2 adds on the old Youtube layout. The other ways to advertise, well, I am not sure since “the world” just wants new. New flashy graphics, new this, new that. Even this forums has its “New expansion 2 soon” stuff. A game “this old” is probably hard to market, as in creating deja-vus. As top-notch game website, I would not want to bring up older games. As regular player that still actively plays DooM and DooM II (1993/94) I do not share this attitude in the slightest, but you get my point.
GW2 is too shy in that matter. While every small fart in FF14 is worth a message, even when YoshiP burped, GW2 news are only for new content – which is, of course, not happening often. But why not highlighting the free2play aspect and other aspects unsure gamers today might be interested in. This game has many features others don’t have, FF14’s lack of dubbing is ridiculous, still people want to tell me about its great “story telling” (neither has it a great story, nor does it present it in a good way) or a super stiff and slow combat – but SquareEnix markets this slow and boring gameplay as “fun” and people still fall for it somehow.
I am sure this game won’t attract a huge playerbase nowadays since a big chunk tends to play on toys, pardon, consoles with gamepad and no keyboard (forcing lame combat as in FF14 which is more like playing SimCity2000 on the GBA) and the other ones ruin their eyes by playing on 5" phone screens. The people that sit in front of their PC, with keyboard and mouse, a pizza and a coke is apparently a dying race. But amongst 1,000 new players are probably 5 new die-hard fans like me, and those we need.

As other people have said they do advertise. More importantly though it’s pretty common to topics on this forum from new players, and people who played years ago, quit and came back. If you go to any of the starting areas you’ll also see lots of people who appear to be new and not just playing a new character (no guild, no title, only using starter dyes, don’t seem to know what they’re doing etc.) so it doesn’t look like they’re having a hard time attracting new players.
As other people have said big advertising campaigns are only really worthwhile when you’ve got something big to sell. For one thing it’s expensive (one advert on TV or on billboards can cost thousands of dollars) but also if you overdo it then it just becomes noise – people stop noticing it and then you’re not achieving anything. They probably will ramp up the advertising once the promotion for the next expansion starts.
2) In PvE , They can add more bosses , and new places , just to make people to explore with plessure .. Also they can , lets say , “rework” the RNG and the Loot Table
Isn’t this exactly what they’ve been doing with the Living Story? Every episode in Season 3 has added a new map with new bosses, events, story and other stuff to explore.
Also can you explain what you mean by rework RNG and loot? Usually when people say that they want something impossible – like regular drops which are rare exotics worth hundreds of gold on the TP, which is impossible because if they dropped regularly they wouldn’t be rare and wouldn’t be worth hundreds of gold.
3)In PvP , as u can see MMORPGs are not that competitive , so for GW2 to be , they should improve their maps , Rank System , and more in order to make it unique
I never play PvP so I can’t comment on this, but again it would be helpful if you could explain what you think would improve the maps and rank system and make it more unique. Often what one person considers an improvement another person thinks is a complete disaster that would totally kill the game, so it’d be helpful to know exactly what you have in mind so other PvP players can offer their thoughts on it.
4) In WvW , they should add something like Bosses , more maps , more features , more loot maybe …
They tried adding more maps. The Edge of the Mists became effectively a PvE karma farming map (in spite of it getting really good fights and good feedback when it was tested by players) and the Desert Borderlands essentially caused a lot of people to quit WvW until they took them away and brought back the original maps.
But if you can think of a way of adding more maps which WvW players wouldn’t hate I’m sure Anet, and the players, would love to hear from you. And again if you can explain what you mean by “more features” and “more loot” that would be helpful. Do you want literally any features they can think of added? Legitimate teleports? Gliding? Mounts? Stealth for all professions? Or are there specific things you think would be an improvement?
