With the Consortium hinting at appropriating guild halls, I’d like to request a guild hall based on the Labyrinthine Cliffs theme of Festival of the Four Winds. I loved that place. I think the Labyrinthine Cliffs in itself is a good location for a guild hall. The way it works would be that some Zephyrites were left behind to do some other business, but since the main fleet was destroyed, they are stranded in Labyrinthine Cliffs with nowhere to go.

Another would be a tengu architecture like ruins. Stony, mossy, viny. Like a mayan city ruin.

i was hoping that guild halls would be located at some of the easier jumping puzzles(some of them have a really cool hideout feel to them), instanced of course. accessed only by guild members and people guild members invite.

If Anet wants to make serious money they will make GH’s able to be decorated with seating. Every game I’ve been in that had deco and housing made big cash off of players with a pinch for decorating….

Yeah. Since the announcement, I’ve got an officer (who LOVES to help the guild and is very much into fashion/(gemstore)/etc) who has received complete authority over the Guild Hall when it’s finally implemented. We’re saving/storing funds to help, but some people LOVE this sort of thing and will spare no expense/time to make it perfect. I’m very excited to see what she comes up with. I’m only saddened at the fact that the Guild/Alliance/Guild Hall system wasn’t carried over from GW1 (GW2’s ‘guild’ system is absolute trash in comparison), but I’m hopeful that this long wait will be worth it.

GW1’s GH’s were not that bad but I hope we have more freedom to personalize them and make use of the space for social and gvg a little better. But yes I’m guilty of being one of those that spared no expense to make my pixel crib the talk of the server.

Needs dueling for one and guild skirmishing for practice.
But if gw1 is any indication you’ll get racial location themes and hopefully a couple more than that.
Kryta, Maguuma, Shiverpeaks, Tropical, Ascalon, Treetop Canopy(to go with the HoT theme), Crystal Desert, Canthan, and I would really like something like Glint’s Lair.

Customization in gw1 was just buying merchants, I hope we get a lot more than that this time around.
