I have a guild and I wish to change its name and tag. Is this even possible somehow?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, but a search of the forums brought up nothing.

If you are a guild leader you can now contact support and ask for a name or tag change for your guild.

Tried again. Might have been an error on my part or just might have not given ANet enough time yet.

Three days should have been long enough for a response. If you got no response at all, check your junk and spam folders. They sometimes go in there.

In case Support doesn’t know about the ability to change guild names, here is the source.

You are now allowed to change your guild name upon request to Support

Last I checked, there were some restrictions. Basically no “I don’t like my guild name, pls change”. Still true?

With that option, is there any side effect that may or may not occur? Seems like a simple process, but there seems to be some thing that will either bug or break.

Changing guild names has no known bugs.
