Hey guys.

I have some questions about Guilds I hope you could answer:

1. The guild upgrade I do on server x, will these be visible and usable for my members on server y (if within EU servers)?
2. I actually bought Guild upgrades, but my guild members cannot see my upgrades. How can that be?

I really hope you guys can help me out.

1- No. If you change server, any upgrade, Influence, Merits etc. will be gone.
2- Did you ACTIVATE the upgrades? Most upgrades needs to be activated in order to take effect

That’s quite it… To activate the upgrade, go in the upgrade default tab, and look for the amelioration you made.

I haven’t changed server (I’m playing in EU), but some of my friends are from different EU servers and they say they cannot see any upgrade I’ve made.

I have bought a Guild Vault where me and my friends can share loot and stuff. I can access the vault myself, but it’s only visible for me, my friends say they cannot access it. There pop’s up a message for them “Your guild hasn’t build any storage yet …”

I have given them permission to Guild Stash Deposit and Guild Stash Withdraw.

Yeah, different servers are basically different guilds as far as the upgrading system goes. Can’t even access other servers’ banks via guesting.

Okay. Our friends and I didn’t think of joining the same server upon registration back then. Which means we have to transfer server for those 500 gems in order for us to share Guild Upgrades?

Yes, you’ll have to pay for a server transfer. If it’s 500 gems for you, you’re quite lucky…we’re looking at 1600 gems each for two members in a small guild…

This cannot be the issue. One of my friends are now on the same server as me and cannot access the Guild Vault neither. He is not just guesting

Anyone tried similar or knows how to deal with this?

Check his permissions, and if they’re correct, submit a ticket to Arena net.
