Guild Wars 2

Ok I am going to start off by saying, if you like Guild wars 2, fantastic good for you it is a completely different and new game that appears to a wider range of people. That being said, please don’t post things like “Get over it” or “Guild Wars 2 is the future” if this topic as I really don’t care.

This is simply a suggestion to all those who played and loves guild wars 1 and don’t enjoy guild wars 2, to come back and rejoin the original. I play on a daily basis and speed clears, urgoz, deep, Z missions etc are all still incredibly active, the economy has increased the prices of a lot of items (Which I think is great, eg Pyro Axe).

My alliance (of which I am just a guildie) and many other alliances are very active, with players on at any time of day to play along side.

Again, I’m not hating on guild wars 2! Simply saying if you wanted something different, show Arena net and come back. I have restarted my account all over again and love going through the storyline, its amazing how much you forget after taking a break.

Please tell others on social media, gaming forums etc that the game is still active so we can we can rebuild the community feel that gw1 had and still has (all be it a little smaller than before)

AGAIN, I am NOT hating on GW2, if you enjoy it, go and play it.

Post making the suggestion that people stop playing Guild Wars 2 and go play another game instead to “show ANet” is against forum rules.

Given it is gw1 and this is now the forum for gw1 as well, I don’t think so. I am not suggesting they stop playing gw2, I am simply suggesting they try out gw1 again.

I did play a bit before HoT came out…and then the reputation still missing and rerunning instances for a boss to drop a specific weapon and then farming up items to trade to find someone to trade….ugh….

Incorrect, it may have implied so, therefore i will edit that, but i meant come back and play so anet put more into gw1 servers… not saying don’t play gw2 as they are linked…
