Hello, i join guild wars 2 few days ago, and i bought a gem card from a third party. When i redeem the code in game, inside black lion trading company, it display a red sentence saying my code could not be redeemed. Therefore, i asked the third party about this, and he’s willing to help me to solve it.
At the meantime, i found out the gem card i bought probably is used in Here
when you scroll down, at the bottom there is Guild wars 2. But some how i could not use the gem code.
So, i was wondering why i could not use the gem code, or i bought the wrong gem code.
