I don’t think ArenaNet has any sway over what DirectSong does or doesn’t do with their (Jeremy Soule’s) music. If you have sent money to purchase the OST, and been disappointed, you might consider joining the class action suit against DirectSong. Probably won’t get your music, but you might get your money back.
Music since JS left (and future) music has nothing to do with DirectSong (or Jeremy Soule). You can find some of it on SoundCloud.

I really think ANet needs to remove all links on their site to the DirectSong fiasco, unless they have a legal obligation to keep them. Of course Soule should still be fully credited as the composer, but ANet should in no way facilitate more players getting ripped off.
Jeremy Soule makes incredible music, but DirectSong is an absolute horrible company to deal with. Their support is scarce, and ETA’s for shipments are non-existent.
Hopefully when Heart of Thorns comes out or other future content the soundtracks are sold through a more reliable distribution service. The music that has been created so far is fantastic its just the distribution platform is extremely unreliable.

Has Jeremy Soule left DirectSong? I always thought the company was owned by him.
I believe there is a class action lawsuit in the works vs DirectSong for not meeting contractual obligations of delivery of good or services. IE…lots of people paid for the music but never received anything for their money.
On a side note about the music – which I, too, love – check out “BrunuhVille” on YouTube. If you like your fantasy music, you’ll love him.
