If you want to do -anything- on youtube you do need G+ for it, comments you leave on videos get filtered out and auto marked as spam, the video creators cant unmark them as valid comments due to G+ not knowing who it is, easily seen since no one can “reply” to your comment.
Your thumb ups dont work either.

The whole concept of being forced seems to be a little hazy to a lot of people.

I cant believe on what people will find to complain about….its a fact no matter how much i dont like it but,community here is same as from WOW.Lots of spoiled little kids that doing nothing and have too much energy and rage to complain to every single not important thing.Once this community will make me quit game,as well as i quit WOW from same reason.

I cannot for the life of me understand why so many people are hating on G+. And actually when I think about it I have never read a valid reason either – never happened to me to see someone say “Arghh I hate G+ because they’ve done this thing so bad I can’t wrap my head around it.” It just seems that every1 is raging about being forced to use it( which I can understand ) but no1 actually seems to try to use it for more than 2 minutes. Idk if you ask me G+ is far better than the other social sites like Facebook, it’s much more user-friendly and I love using it.

I like google+ a lot more than facebook

Why is it a problem?

If you don’t like it why cant you just ignore it? Are there special features or news or whatever that’s only available on Google+?

(And even if news is being announced there first it’s not a problem. I never use reddit because I can’t make sense of the layout, so when stuff is announced there I just get it through the forum.)

Well actually I don’t, but you get it stuffed through your throat anyway and so many dubious sites needs you to login with either your facebook or your googl+ account. Cause I do use facebook, I always give them my google+. Try to spam me or know as much as you want from me there

I disabled google+ on my phone because it was draining my battery.

I hate FB and love G+ (or at least like much more than dislike). It was always disappointing that Anet favored FB, but I accepted it. I take this as welcome news.

I’ve been following them on G+ for ages; they just didn’t actually post anything. This isn’t exactly some huge game-changing advancement, but it’s nice none the less.

But I refuse to use Facebook. It ticked me off to no end when CoH had a facepalm emote only available to people who liked them on Facebook.

God I missed that game, so many emotes for RPing or just hanging about.

Besides, it’s not about if you want to comment or not, it’s about how G+ is throwing their kitten at your face on various sites.
Even if there are stupid comments on youtube, that shouldn’t prevent you to post something nice on a video of a song you like for example.
