Hi , I had a qauggen hoodie , one of those dredge burrowing tools , a flying broom and a which hat on diffrent characters in there townclothes slots , Now after patch its gone !! What to do ? It cost gems ! :’( Am I just not seeing it ? Is it removed ? or what ?

Go to Black Lion Merchant next to a trading post in a main city, like Hoelbrak, and upgrade them.

You need to do it on all of your characters.

If it’s on a character, you go to the Black Lion Armor Trader at a city’s TP and s/he will convert the items to the new versions.

However, at this very moment that service is disabled (see announcement in the News section). So you’ll have to wait.

You’ll need to talk to a Black Lion Armorsmith to get them back in their updated forms; those’re usually standing next to Black Lion Weapon Traders, but at the moment Black Lion Armorsmiths are claimed to be bugged so they’re temporarily disabled. Wait some time until they come back and you’ll receive your skins and toys again.
