Also, to the newcomers, a piece of advice:
Unlock bounce mushrooms, updrafts, wallows, and exalted markings (with bounce mushrooms and updrafts before the other two!) before the rest if you want to make your life easier in terms of navigation. Itzel poison lore is also required for 100% HoT map completion, but is otherwise of minor importance.
And watch out for pocket raptors!
Now now, the pocket raptors are adorable little huggers. They just happen to hug with their teeth. It’s not their fault our culture frowns on that!
I’m also happy to help new HoTters with HP, explanations, LS runs, etc. At least until I am completely swept away playing LS3, if this happens.

Why is there no Ultimate edition? It could still had the price of discounted HoT Deluxe +50€ or something like that. People would still save and you would still earn a lot.

They clearly said, when preorders started, that Ultimate will never end up discounted (because, in a way, ultimate is already a discount to gems purchase on top of deluxe edition).
Think of it as an old discount rule: You can apply only a single offer discount to any purchase. You can’t stack them up.

Think of it as an old discount rule: You can apply only a single offer discount to any purchase. You can’t stack them up.
In particular, Deluxe edition includes 4000 gems so the non-discount price is identical to the cost of Standard + $50 worth of gems. Selling it for half off (to $50) would mean discounting the gems, too (or giving the expac away for free to anyone purchasing 4000 gems).

I can’t decide whether to buy a second account or not. I’ve been thinking about it for a while and arbitrarily decided if I ever found it for £12 or less I’d get it. This is slightly more than that (£17.49) but it’s still by far the best price I’ve seen.

LoL…. two people respond to my post without even reading it. Ultimate edition is no longer available. Probably because of the current discount. They could have kept it there by offering it for 87,50€. = no additional discount on gems.
