Yes you can, however the newer hair styles are only in total makeover kits

Yes and there are additional ones there as well. Also additional hair colors. And the wiki says all that (just looked at the link). Just remember, there’s a tiny arrow next to the color selection to scroll to even more colors. Didn’t notice that with my first character and settled on a color I didn’t want.

I have both kits. Got them as rewards and have been keeping them around since I don’t need them.

Both show the same new hairstyles.

I didnt find this information in the wiki… I don’t know where did you looked.
I can change my hair style to another from the beginning of the game? And it will cost me gems?

The SELF-STYLE HAIR KIT or the TOTAL TRANSFORMATION KIT offer hair styles and hair colors above and beyond what is available during character creation. If all you need to change is hair, then just get the hair kit.

See the picture below. When you open the Kit, the styles with a STAR in the upper left corner are NEW hairstyles, and the colors with a star are new colors.
