Would it be possible to have all the living story achievement-unlocked skins in the wardrobe if the achievement is unlocked?

I am one of those people that transmuted over backpieces over and over.

In my case:
I have transmuted my quaggan backpack over a zehpyr rucksack that I transmuted over shattered holo wings, which I tranmuted over a quaggan backpack which I trasmuted over a fractal capacitor.

So:
Would it be possible that shattered holo wings, tequatl wings, karka shell, gasmask,… be unlocked in the wardrobe if you have the achievement instead of having the actual item in your inventory?

Hall of Monument and Achievement skins.

Will we still be able to use these by applying them to armor, rather than through the new transmutation system?

Im wondering how this will work too… it would suck to get charged a transmute charge when I want to use my Heritage stuff which has always been free.

If they get thrown into the wardrobe as well, the currently free skins will probably just have a charge of 0.

I bet the hall of monuments skins will be incorporated into the wardrobe and cost 0 charges to use. There’s no other way they could do it without upsetting loads of people

This makes me wonder about skins in general though… like, the first time you get them are they going to cost 0 charges?

Hopefully something like that. Or we can just keep getting them from the HoM and applying them the old way.

I keep seeing this as an argument against things, but haven’t seen any indication that ArenaNet is all that concerned about making changes that upset loads of people, so it’s hard to take it as meaningful.

I wanna know that as well. I bought gem store armor and then transmuted over them again and again. I like to have those skins unlocked as well.

I was thinking the same. The skins that are either heritage or from achievement panel are great for leveling a toon so they don’t look ugly up to 80. I also use them randomly just to change the look. Would hate for something that is free now to suddenly cost me.

I am curious if the new wardrobe will show only the skins unlocked via pve content and the gemstore or will it even give us access to the our pvp skins and vice versa.

Well, that’s a different topic though, my question is purely about the skins that were given by completing Liven Story meta achievements.
