Is there any idea when I will be able to get my content?

I just recently earned the tenth point and I was looking forward to getting my Fiery Dragon Sword and saw the content was down. It’s been a week now though and I keep checking back every day, I worked on getting to the sword for so long. Q.Q

Apparently they’re working on it. There was a bug recently where people could get titles and skins they weren’t supposed to have access to. As a result nobody can get them until arenanet sorts it all out.

I’ve also just filled in a support ticket.. finally got my gw1 account linked and well, and now I’m not getting any rewards due to this

Please close your ticket, so that the CS Team does not use their limited time responding. The Patch Notes clearly state it is not a ‘bug’, and there is nothing the CS Team can do to bypass the Dev’s decision to disable the rewards at this time.

You will be doing all other players a service by doing so.

Good, than I’m not the only one concerned with the HoM. I know that I can play the game without the skins or access to it but I would really like to have access to my HoM because one of the main reasons I play GW2 is for the aesthetics of the game. I would be satisfied if someone could just mail me one or two of each skin, right now, mainly the light armor pieces, the daggers and a warhorn so I can get my new necro up and running. I know I’m nothing special just one of the thousands that play this game but it would be nice if something like that would happen.

I just found out one of my alt accounts has the Black Widow Spider available for it, in PvP at least. I assume that’s part of the bug also. No titles or the other items though.

It’s annoying, but you just have to be patient, I’m afraid. Keep in mind that, since the source of the problem has been stopped, this is probably a somewhat low priority in comparison to bugs that are still causing problems. It also only affects a very tiny number of people: those who legitimately have HoM rewards, but have not yet claimed them.

It will get fixed eventually, but don’t expect it to be very soon.

I just found out one of my alt accounts has the Black Widow Spider available for it, in PvP at least. I assume that’s part of the bug also. No titles or the other items though.

The HoM pets have always been available for everyone in PvP.

Finally reached 30 points on 21 March and rushed over to the Hall of Monuments only to find it broken! My ranger is seriously upset that she can’t get her (PVE) Black Widow … please fix this ANet.

It seems rather strange I can have a pet in PvP that requires 50/50 in the HoM. Since the pets are cosmetic skins, it seems rather unfair to those that worked for these items for my account that has zero HoM points to be able to use them freely in PvP.

Idk the rationale, but they’ve definitely been unlocked for everyone the whole time.

Well, I just recently unlocked my 28th point today. The Stygian Reaver. I was a little bored and decided to play some original Guild Wars. After hours of solo play, because there’s basically nobody online the first game, I decided to go and grab some of my new rewards. Lo and behold, the GD HoM content is Temp disabled. kittening disappoint! Fix now, fix fast.

Try playing on American servers dude

there is usually a few people running around on there sometimes
but you gotta take in time zones too
try playing GW1 in the evenings which is when its usually more active or early in the day if you are a European player which can be more active too

There are ALWAYS people in Kamadan (US-1), and sometimes more districts. I also regularly see people in Lion’s Arch, Kaineng, the Eye of the North, Embark Beach, Temple of the Ages, and wherever the Zaishen mission/bounty/vanquish outpost(s) are.

It only takes 30/50 points to unlock every skin. PvP used to have access to some/all? weapon skins, as well. I don’t PvP, so I don’t know if that is still true. I know they had access to the FDS.
