Guild Wars 2

So I have a trilogy copy of Guild Wars 1 which I bought some time ago(and intend on buying EOTN depending on how responses to this go) and was wondering – what’s the possibility of completing HOM achievements in GW1? Is it still possible/plausible? – I’ve just started into GW1 and to my surprise, I’m actually loving it, its hard, freakishly wierd and totally different all in a really enjoyable way.

I guess I’m more looking for assurance that i wont be completely wasting my time? That also being said im still having fun, so i guess its not really a waste regardless.
I don’t mind putting time and effort in, as long as those achievements are still all do-able without the help of a ton of other players – because from what i have seen so far its pretty bare, the odd person here and there but that’s about it.

Any help/information would be great.

It’s entirely possible. It’s definitely not a waste of time.

Many players still work, and succeed, at obtaining the HoM rewards. It would not be a waste.

Like the others have said, def still possible and def still a lot of fun can be had! It was just 1-2 weeks ago myself that I finally got one of my chars to lvl 20 in the pre-searing which is a title on it’s own. That bumped me up to 35 points out of the 50. So I still intend to get that GWAMM title in time.

There are still many of us that still play Guild Wars 1.

Level up your heroes. They’re much better than the NPC you can hire.

Getting 30 HoM points should be easy, but getting all 50 would be significantly more difficult.

I’m currently working through Prophesies on my way to 21 cause I want the Raccoon mini. Depending on how you play it can be very easy, or else it’s a little tedious until it’s very easy.

The hardest part will be getting minis, but if you’re lucky you can find a “sponsor” who will just give you what you need out of kindness.
