Why are the HoM Pets for Guild Wars 1 owner weaker than their normal counterpart? Weren’t they intended to be a cosmetic alternative instead of a downgrade of a existing pet?

eg the black Moa has only 1s daze instead of 2s like the rosa moa.

they are recolors of existing pets. the Black Moa is a recolor of the PINK Moa, not the Red Moa, and as the Pink and Red varieties already have differing skills, theres no issue. The Moas already differ from each other so you cant look at them like you do the White Raven vs Raven, etc

Yes, but the black moa is weaker than the rosa moa. The rosa moa does 2s daze with his F2 skill while the black moa only does 1s.

they both have the same daze (2s), despite what any tooltips might say

It is not the tool tip, i tested it ingame.

then thats a bug and you need to report it as a bug. its not anet shafting HOM players

I tested it, too. The black moa’s daze does not last as long as the pink moa’s daze. It makes me sad… I haven’t tested the others, but I definitely tested that one.
