Guild Wars 2

I got Mad Memoires in first Halloween, then got Mad Memoires: Complete Edition, but since I had thrown away Mad Memoires it appears locked in my wardrobe. I think it’s unfair because I played the content and now I can’t reskin if I want, you devs could even check my data and you’ll see I got achievements and such from first Halloween.

Question is: Could you please unlock that skin for me and others who happened to throw away that item before?

From previous posts, support has said they are unable to unlock items you no longer have. The best that can be hoped for at this time is they make it available again in game.

They could send that item by mail. They’ve compensated some losses in the past by doing so, therefore I guess it’s totally feasible, especially considering it’s not final version (complete edition), it’s just a gap in wardrobe.
