Guild Wars 2

Just a quick question, hoping a dev will answer.

I currently have a Level 30-something character. I do not have a lot of free time, so I haven’t been able to level him up to 80 and get 100% world completion like I was originally hoping to do before the first content patch.

My question is simple. Will I need to have an 80 character in order to get the most out of the event, or can I participate in the event with a character of any level without extreme difficulty?

You’ll have to wait till Monday to find out, although it is confirmed there will be halloween weapon skins in random black lion chests, so if you can shell out 10 gold for a key you might be in with a chance.
