Halloween Items

(I’m new to the game) In regards to the Halloween sale items, as of 9-29 are they all up? for example, I was saving for the executioner’s outfit, which i read on the wiki is commonly available at Halloween-time; however the item isn’t in the gem store. Is it that the item isn’t being offered at all during the season, or was it just not included with the early posted items?

No, they are not all up yet. More will be coming as we get closer to Halloween.
