Halloween end date?
They haven’t said, but it makes the most sense that they will end it Tues Nov 1 whenever they do a new build that day. After all, Halloween is Oct 31, and generally the only Halloween related celebrations after that date tend to be the half-price candy sales. If Oct 31 were a Friday I’d hazard an extension to Tuesday but the timing is too perfect for them this year.

we have various dates, but 2 weeks have happened twice, so I would prepare for 2 weeks, and if it turns out 3 weeks it’ll feel like an extra week. if you prepare for 3 weeks and it turns out 2 weeks you’ll get a sour taste from too much candy in too little time
