The question I am going to ask has to do with the wiki page here:

It shows that, in Lion’s Arch around the Trader’s Forum, there is a merchant that looks like “Sonder the Seller” who will trade…

700 Chattering Skull’s for a Mini Bloody Prince
700 Nougat Center’s for a Recipe: Maize Balm
700 Plastic Fang’s for a Mini Ghost Carlotta

But I cannot find him anywhere. Can anyone tell me where this merchant is located? Is he still in the game?

I suspect he has been removed, as his prices are much better than the NPC’s currently in LA. They must want to flush more currency out of the game quicker.

I believe that vendor was only around last year during Halloween.

I found him last night in Commodore’s Quarter. I purchased the Candy Corn Cob from him.

If you read the talk part of the page in the Wiki, it asks for someone to update the page. It has not been updated since March of 2015. It’s always best to check the last date any Wiki page has been updated, to see how current the information might be.

Minis, etc. are no longer available from the NPCs for Chattering Skulls, Nougat, etc.
