Guild Wars 2

I’ve found a few other threads about this, but none of them got a response. Some sort of answer would be really awesome. Here is the problem: I was almost ready to craft The Crossing, after saving up for it and slowly gathering everything I needed. Then, out of nowhere, the recipe was deactivated, and apparently it’s going to be changed? I’m really concerned about this, and I know I’m not the only one. We’re really worried we’re going to get the rug pulled out from under us, so anything to ease our panic would be great. (Plus, it feels awful just sitting here with everything I need…and still being unable to make this weapon. A lot of us were really hoping to have it for October, to get into the Halloween spirit. :/)

I haven’t heard any thing at all about this, but i would bet they did it to make it dependent of this year’s Halloween event.

It had magic find on it, so when they implemented the magic find changes they decided to let the Crossing and the other haloween weapons be tradeable with stats you can decide on while soulbinding but in exchange they decided to stop it from getting crafted, but said that they will most likely come back with the next halloween event

I guess it’s just fingers crossed that they’re not changing the recipe, then. :/ Man, I wish there’d been a warning.
