The thing you’ve got to realize is these are datamined, not publicly released by Anet. It means there’s a huge likelihood of it being released, but it’s not 100% guaranteed, and it certainly doesn’t have a set in stone release date. Anet likes to surprise people with gemstore items instead of announcing them ahead of time. They do look fancy, though! Be patient!

Was this one datamined? I was pretty sure it showed up in the wardrobe outfit options after the most recent patch and was then removed. xD
Bug Fixes:
Fixed bugs in preparation for the Guild Wars 2 Revenant and Stronghold Test Weekend.
Removed items from the wardrobe view that are not attainable by players.
Either way, it should be soon, probably some time this week, next week, or the week after.
Most likely next Tuesday.
