Seriously this event need to be scaled up at least 5 times. It’s imposiible to do Lyssa event most of the times because there are always 2-3 bots, fr,de,sp players, noobs or simply ppl who dont understand why this event need to fail. Anyhow the best solution would be removing all defend temple events and making them contested every 1 hour. Anyone agrees with me?

Most people with this complaint don’t have their trait yet, and once they do get the trait they stop complaining about this.

We’ll I got this trait on 3 of my characters already. It’s not only about trait but about meta event. Just because someone got trait and dont complain dont means that this problem dont exist.

I’d be more supportive of this idea if I haven’t seen missions fail to start because NPCs just don’t spawn (twice in two weeks with Balthazar already, leaving people unable to get trait unlocks or buy obsidian for days at a time). Forcing failure is simply a bad idea, Anet needs to fix whatever bug prevents mission-critical NPCs from spawning, set a timer that automatically resets missions if they don’t progress for an hour, or just make the trait unlock upon successful defend instead.

The trait unlock for Straits is the grand chest in the ship of sorrows, not Bal’s temples.

The best solution would be to make the defend event give the trait as well (similar to the Grenth and Arah Promenade cases).

Actions, not words.

Ah, still, Balthazar isn’t the only temple mission that bugs out, Melandru can become permanently contested as well due to the same bug (which also extends to non-temple events, like Megadestroyer); I would still rather see the bug addressed before the idea of enforcing failure is even entertained.

I didnt said anything about bug’s but about possibility to complete those events in 2-3 players.Lowest number of ppl to do those events should be around 10-15
