It’s time for this. The potion is being used to block vision in large events and small.
I know kids will be kids, but how about letting us adults be adults without
other players affecting our play, at least in PvE. Or, let it end with combat.
Don’t get rid of it, let us.

This is probably the reason everyone is “LFG” before World Boss events. So that they can zone out of the map, then zone back/rejoin to get rid of harpy pheromones effect.
