stacked on an elite or boss and not burn them down like before or pulled out your “buffed” ice bow and didn’t kill a burrow?

My power got raised from 1900 to 2341 and I can’t …kill burrows..with ice bow like before.

Things aren’t scaling well. I’ll have to check in tonight once I get home, but maybe we’re at the start of mixed stats sets. ugh…

They did said scaling was lowering values even more than before. And scaling up was going higher.

So it makes sense.

Level Scaling Changes

- In general, scaling down has been weakened, and scaling up has been increased.
- Stat scaling now better accounts for level ranges at which equipment begins offering more possible stats (e.g., one-, two-, or three-stat pieces of gear).
