I have 3 characters with 100% World exploration and almost all of of them have Mount Maelstrom 100%, but this is the first time I’ve seen this tower.

Has it always been there?

There are a lot of threads on these across the forums. Seems they are in most/all zones and are new with the HD patch.

Question is…did you touch it..?
