Ask yourself: “How can I make this content better?"
Consider: How have you seen this particular problem solved in other games?
Consider: How do you think this particular element or aspect of the game could be improved?

in other words, do their job for them instead of making them go to that particular trouble spot, play the game there themselves so they actually experience the problem, THEN come up with a solution.

there are problems we have reported over and over and over and… since release, and they continually get ignored. you have the lists here in the forums and elsewhere, im not going to point them out for you.

but here is one problem i will help you with; in these forums, you always try to push people into either fixing a problem themselves with a workaround so you dont have to do anything, or you just ignore them. how about, as i said, you go in game to experience most of these problems yourself, see how annoying and frustrating they are, then youll find out why so many people are quitting because you simply try to push the fix onto the players instead of doing your jobs.

so its not a matter of giving good feedback, its a matter of your ‘selective reading’. ya, that is a thing.
