Has anyone ever suggested turning the current health status in the center into a healing slot? It could look the same but clicking on the area would allow you to use the selected healing skill. They could put a health skill selector below it. This would free up the current healing slot for use for other skills.

uh … what other skill? It’s not like the number of skills on the bar is really limited by space. There is also a reason why the health orb is the biggest element in the UI.

They are limited by space, it’s not like you can add additional skill slots on the screen. Moving the health skill to the health indicator would allow one more existing skill to be active during combat. That’s one less skill swapping the player has to do before combat. Visually the health indicator would stay the same. As it is when you click the upper half of the red circle your character just jumps backwards.

They are limited by space, it’s not like you can add additional skill slots on the screen. You have 5 skill slots aside from weapons. Plan accordingly. That planning may or may not involve going to some other game for your needs.

If it was a matter of space they could easily have added some hotkeys for swapping between multiple bars.

No need to attack just because of a suggestion. This isn’t reddit. Take the suggestion in the friendly spirit that it was offered. I merely suggested a more optimal use of the UI space. Who knows the Devs might want to add more skills later. This suggestion would give them space. It’s easy for anyone to overlook the obvious.
