Hellfire vambraces for light armor
Pretty lame of anet to give everyone heavy gloves.
What if I don’t use a heavy? It’s a pointless reward isn’t it?
Even when i was about to preview them from the selection screen it said it was Heavy armor… So i couldnt see how it would look with my armor. I picked them simply because it would match my incinerator, but im not using them.. Way to ugly
Yeah I agree its not right to provide these as rewards for light/medium armor users. I guess I could save them for my warrior or guardian if I ever level them up, but I would have rather had another zenith weaponry choice IMO.
It is quite hard to design armor for all of them at once. What they need to do is take an extensive look at each armor set and find a group or armors that look similar or have similar textures across each armor set, then design the rewards for those. These are just so random and hardly go with anything. Some may say the hellfire go with CoF, take a look at medium. Medium CoF chest hides shoulders and defeats the entire purpose of it…

Yes it is hard to design them all at once but they could atleast let us dye them. Take a look at Molten Gauntlets they are dyable and it works great with matching them. And btw the medium CoF chest hides only for human male if I recall , woman can wear both chest and shoulders and they show up.. Didnt try it for the other races.
