Hi everyone i’m an Australian based player which is returning to the game after a very very long time, and i was wondering what servers are now classed as “Unofficial OCE Servers” Also how is the End game in GW2 at this present time as i’m from a wow/aion background i’ve always been into raiding (hardmode 25m) level and i always loved endgame and i was told this game is more focusd on pvp which is ok but i was wondering on the pve. I have 1 more Question is it true that the Holy Trinity doesn’t exist in this game if it does that would be AWESOME but if it doesn’t then i can learn to adjust ^^ Holy Trinity being (Tank/Dps/Healer) Was a Healer Main in both games (Holy pally and cleric)

Can’t answer first question. Lucky for u, u came back during just the right update! Go to LA(lions arch) while it’s open and I assure u will have a GREAT time!!! And there is not any exact stats like that in this game, but u can combine several sets to get those stats!

For Kryta!!!

The game is not focused on anything, really. We get all kinds of content, but mostly PvE.
SPvP has pretty much been neglected up until last last December. A few maps have been added, but now they are finally revamping the reward systems, and the amount of people doing SPvP has increased by at least 40% since then.

There is no holy trinity, everyone is DPS and has responsibility for themselves. Everyone can heal and tank, but some classes do it better than others.

As far as endgame goes, there is no specific endgame.
ArenaNet doesn’t want to lock content to max level, like other MMOs do, instead they let you do everything from the beginning.
So instead of having a long list of things to do at max level, they just expand the list of things you can do right when you start.

As far as hardcore content(which you indicate you want), they started adding things like that back in June. There are currently two extremely difficult bosses which requires 100+ people to kill.
There are also other difficult encounters in the game, but a lot of people avoid them since they aren’t particularly rewarding.

What we do in life echoes in eternity

Hmm so as i always played a dedicated healer or dedicated tank ide prob want to aim more for a Beefy Great sword Warrior type build then for tanking as what i have read Threat Management in this game isn’t the greatest. When you say they expanded the list of things you can do from the start that really puts me in a downer as i’m someone who would just absolutely give up on life and grind as much as possible to get to max level as i REALLY REALLY hate leveling i found grinding the same dungeon 100x times much more enjoyable trying to get that 1 piece of gear or mount i needed for endgame as thats where all the good content is usually hmm ill need to do a little more research. On builds and stuff then ^^
