Guild Wars 2

Anyone know what armor or outfit this is, with the red gemstones on the shoulders and the (bird?) skulls for a belt?

Is it an outfit? Seasonal? Discontinued?

I’ve had no luck searching through armor and outfit galleries.

The belt/legs and chest are Bladed (HoT map meta armor set)
Helm is the Dragon Mask Skin (gem store)
Shoulders are one of the LWS3 chapter rewards (Rising Flames chapter)

I think the Gloves are the Bitterfrost Meta reward. (I’m not very good at Armor, though, so I could be mistaken.)

I believe the gloves are bitterfrost meta reward as inculpatus said. chest is definitely bladed which has the belt look.
