I know the earmuffs and scarf, but I really would like to know what chest, legs and boots those are!

Looks like Magitech, or at least the Boots, Striders for the Legs. Maybe HoM for the Gloves?

Yup, what Nemo said. Unfortunately, it’s hard to tell what the gloves are, though.
